We are happy to provide free pick up service for our local customers with 2 boxes or more. We also pick up balikbayan boxes for our out of town customers with at least 6 boxes for a small fee to cover our fuel cost.

Estimated Time of Delivery of your Balikbayan Box

All boxes delivered to the Coos Bay drop off site will be taken to the LBC Warehouse in Portland, OR. From there, they will be delivered to the shipping terminal in Tacoma, WA.

Once aboard the ship, expect your box to be delivered in 90 to 120 days. It will take about 90 days to deliver boxes destined for Luzon and approximately 120 days for those going to Visayas and Mindanao. Countdown starts when your box is on board the vessel in Tacoma.
